TERMA & SYARAT PERADUAN

1.	Peraduan:	PERADUAN AYAM BRAND REZEKI RAYA DIKONGSI BERSAMA
2.	Penganjur:	A. Clouet (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd 195901000060 (0003409V)
3.	Tempoh Peraduan:	Peraduan akan dijalankan dari 00:00:00, 22/02/2025 hingga 23:59:59, 30/04/2025. Semua penyertaan Peraduan yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan akan dibatalkan secara automatik. Penganjur berhak untuk mengubah, melanjutkan, menggangtung atau menamatkan Peraduan mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya atau jika Peraduan tidak dapat diteruskan atas apa jua sebab. Penamatan atau penggantungan sedemikian tidak akan membolehkan sebarang tuntutan oleh Peserta.
4.	Kelayakan:	Peraduan ini terbuka kepada penduduk sah di Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas (pada 22/02//2025) kecuali pekerja dan keluarga terdekat Penganjur, termasuk syarikat gabungan dan/atau berkaitannya, pengedar, komunikasi, PR, digital dan agensi Peraduan. Penganjur berhak untuk meminta bukti dokumen pengenalan diri, jika perlu.
5.	Produk Mengambil Bahagian:	Produk AYAM BRAND™ (“Produk yang mengambil bahagian”) adalah seperti yang disenaraikan di bawah: AYAM BRAND™ Sardines AYAM BRAND™ Saba AYAM BRAND™ Mackerel AYAM BRAND™ Tuna AYAM BRAND™ Baked Beans AYAM BRAND™ Coconut Milk and Kerisik AYAM BRAND™ Fruits & Vegetables AYAM BRAND™ Cooking Paste AYAM BRAND™ Pulled Chicken
6.	Bukti Pembelian:	Untuk penyertaan Peraduan, beli minimun RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Dua Puluh) ("Pembelian Minimum") mana-mana Produk Mengambil Bahagian dalam satu resit asal daripada mana-mana outlet dalam kedai ("Resit") dan/atau invois daripada peniaga dalam talian yang mengambil bahagian semasa Tempoh peraduan. Resit Outlet Dalam Kedai: Resit bercetak asal tunggal mesti mengandungi butiran tarikh pembelian, Produk yang dibeli, jumlah pembelian, Nomber Resit dan nama atau logo Outlet Dalam Kedai. Invois Peniaga Dalam Talian: Peniaga Dalam talian yang mengambil bahagian adalah: Kedai Rasmi Ayam Brand Shopee [https://shopee.com.my/ayambrandofficialstore] Kedai Rasmi Ayam Brand Lazada [https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/ayambrandofficialstore] Lotus Dalam Talian [https://www.lotuss.com.my/en] AEON [https://myaeon2go.com/] Village Grocer [https://www.bites.com.my/] Jaya Grocer [https://www.jayagrocer.com/] Tangkap skrin Invois mesti mengandungi butiran tarikh pembelian, Produk yang dibeli, jumlah pembelian, nombor Invois dan nama atau logo Peniaga Dalam Talian. Untuk pembelian dalam talian dengan kod promosi dan/atau rebat dan/atau baucar diskaun dan/atau baucar penghantaran dan/atau sebarang diskaun lain, jumlah pembayaran akhir Produk mestilah jumlah Pembelian Minimum dan ke atas untuk layak. Resit dan/atau Invois adalah bukti pembelian ("Bukti Pembelian") yang diperlukan untuk menyertai Peraduan. Peserta boleh menghantar seberapa banyak Bukti Pembelian yang mereka kehendaki tetapi setiap Bukti Pembelian HANYA layan untuk 1 (satu) penyerahan penyertaan. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan kelayakan mana-mana Resit dengan butiran yang tidak lengkap, dicetak semula, digandakan, tidak boleh dibaca, tidak jelas, rosak, diubah, diubah suai, dihasilkan sendiri, dipalsukan dan/atau dalam sebarang bentuk yang tidak memenuhi keperluan pada pendapat Penganjur. Semua Resit yang tidak memenuhi syarat yang dinyatakan di sini akan dibatalkan kelayakan oleh Penganjur tanpa pemberitahuan selanjutnya kepada Peserta. Pihak Penganjur akan memperuntukkan nombor bersiri mengikut jumlah pembelian seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Resit yang diserahkan. Bagi setiap RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Dua Puluh), Penganjur akan memperuntukkan 1 (satu) nombor bersiri sehingga maksimum 5 (lima) nombor bersiri. Sebarang jumlah baki akan dibatalkan sebaik sahaja nombor bersiri maksimum bagi setiap Bukti Pembelian telah diperuntukkan. Contoh: Jika anda membeli RM26.50 Produk dalam satu Bukti Pembelian semasa Tempoh Peraduan, Penganjur akan memperuntukkan 1 (satu) nombor bersiri. Jika anda membeli RM187.50 Produk dalam satu Bukti Pembelian semasa Tempoh Peraduan, Penganjur akan memperuntukkan 5 (lima) nombor bersiri.
7.	Cara Penyertaan:	Kaedah penyerahan Peraduan adalah melalui WhatsApp sahaja. Setiap Bukti Pembelian HANYA layak untuk 1 (satu) penyerahan penyertaan melalui WhatsApp. Langkah-langkah penyertaan WhatsApp: Tangkap satu (1) gambar/imej yang jelas dan boleh dibaca 1 (satu) Resit atau tangkap skrin Invois lengkap dengan butiran ("Imej"). Satu (1) Imej mesti mengandungi gambar satu (1) Bukti Pembelian sahaja dan fail Imej mesti kurang daripada 5MB. Hantar Imej melalui WhatsApp ke 6018 311 9980 menggunakan nombor telefon bimbit yang didaftarkan di Malaysia. Setelah menyerahkan Imej, anda akan menerima mesej auto-balas yang mengarahkan anda untuk menyerahkan nama penuh, nombor pengenalan, alamat e-mel, dan e-Wallet pilihan anda ("Butiran Peribadi"). Untuk melengkapkan pendaftaran dan penyerahan penyertaan anda ("Penyertaan"), sila ikuti arahan dalam mesej auto-balas dan serahkan Butiran Peribadi yang diperlukan dengan segera. Anda dikehendaki memberikan Butiran Peribadi anda sekali sahaja. Anda boleh menghantar seberapa banyak Penyertaan yang anda inginkan, dan semua Penyertaan seterusnya akan dipautkan kepada Butiran Peribadi yang diberikan pada mulanya. Mesej perakuan auto-balas akan dihantar oleh Penganjur untuk Penyertaan WhatsApp pertama yang diterima daripada setiap nombor telefon bimbit sahaja. Penganjur akan mengekstrak semua Penyertaan yang diterima untuk pemprosesan, pengesahan dan kelayakan selanjutnya. Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan mana-mana Penyertaan dengan Butiran Peribadi yang tidak lengkap, Imej yang tidak jelas dan/atau tidak boleh dibaca dan/atau mengandungi lebih daripada satu (1) Imej Bukti Pembelian. Semua Penyertaan yang tidak memenuhi syarat yang dinyatakan di sini akan dibatalkan kelayakan oleh Penganjur tanpa pemberitahuan lanjut kepada Peserta. Penganjur berhak untuk meminta Bukti Pembelian asal (salinan cetak) sebagai bukti untuk pengesahan dan penebusan hadiah. Kegagalan untuk mengemukakan salinan cetak Bukti Pembelian apabila diminta akan mengakibatkan kehilangan kelayakan dan pembatalan.
8.	Hadiah Mingguan & Tempoh Mingguan:	Terdapat 25 (dua puluh lima) Hadiah Mingguan berupa 1 (satu) Kredit e-Wallet RM100 setiap satu untuk dimenangi setiap minggu selama 9 (sembilan) minggu berturut-turut. Hadiah Mingguan adalah Kon PIN Tambah Nilai Kredit e-Wallet pilihan yang dipilih seperti di bawah: PIN Tambah Nilai Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet atau, Kod Penebusan Kredit Boost atau, e-Kredit SPayGlobal (Sarawak Pay). Terdapat sejumlah 225 (dua ratus dua puluh lima) Hadiah Mingguan untuk dimenangi di akhir Tempoh Peraduan. Berikut adalah 9 (sembilan) tempoh mingguan: Minggu 1: 22/02/2025 - 28/02/2025 Minggu 2: 01/03/2025 - 07/03/2025 Minggu 3: 08/03/2025 - 14/03/2025 Minggu 4: 15/03/2025 - 21/03/2025 Minggu 5: 22/03/2025 - 28/03/2025 Minggu 6: 29/03/2025 - 04/04/2025 Minggu 7: 05/04/2025 - 11/04/2025 Minggu 8: 12/04/2025 - 18/04/2025 Minggu 9: 19/04/2025 - 30/04/2025
9.	Mekanik Pemilihan Pemenang Hadiah Mingguan:	Setiap minggu satu set nombor bersiri akan diperuntukkan untuk Penyertaan Layak bermula dari nombor bersiri "1". Nombor bersiri yang diperuntukkan kepada setiap Penyertaan Layak akan disusun kira dan ditambah untuk mendapatkan jumlah bilangan Penyertaan Layak bagi setiap minggu. Contoh: Jika jumlah nombor bersiri Penyertaan Layak mingguan untuk Minggu 1 ialah 4005, Pengajur akan memilih Finalis berdasarkan mekanik berikut: 25 (Dua Puluh Lima) Finalis Hadiah Mingguan: 4005 akan dibahagikan dengan 25 yang bersamaan dengan 160.2 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 160. Nombor bersiri kemenangan pengganda dalam kes ini ialah 160. 25 (Dua Puluh Lima) Penyertaan Layak diberikan nombor bersiri dengan gandaan 160 iaitu: 160, 320, 480, 640, 800 dan seterusnya akan dipilih.
10.	Hadiah Utama:	Terdapat 53 (Lima Puluh Tiga) Hadiah Utama yand disenaraikan di bawah untuk dimenangi di akhir Tempoh Peraduan. 1 (Satu) Hadiah Utama* berupa 1 (Satu) PROTON x70 1.5 TGDI 2WD bernilai RM113,779.89. 12 (Dua Belas) Hadiah Pertama** berupa 1 (Satu) Jongkong Emas* 999.9 10g HABIB bernilai RM4,100 setiap satu. 40 (Empat Puluh) Hadiah Kedua berupa 1 (Satu) PHILIPS Digital Airfryer 6.2L bernilai RM410.00 setiap satu. * Hadiah Utama adalah harga di atas jalan termasuk pendaftaran, cukai jalan dan insurans. Sebarang bayaran tambahan dan/atau yuran rampaian, kos dan/atau perbelanjaan yang akan ditanggung berkaitan dengan mengumpul, menggunakan dan/atau pengekalan Hadiah Utama hendaklah ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh dan tanggungjawab pemenang Hadiah Utama sepenuhnya. ** Nilai Hadiah Pertama adalah betul pada masa pencetakan. Nilai emas adalah mengikut harga emas semasa. Sijil ketulenan HABIB JEWELS akan disertakan pada bungkusan.
11.	Mekanik Pemilihan Pemenang Hadiah Utama:	Di akhir Tempoh Peraduan satu set nombor bersiri akan diperuntukkan untuk Penyertaan Layak bermula dari nombor bersiri "1". Nombor bersiri yang diperuntukkan kepada setiap Penyertaan Layak akan disusun kira dan ditambah untuk mendapatkan jumlah bilangan Penyertaan Layak untuk Tempoh Peraduan. Contoh: Jika jumlah nombor bersiri Penyertaan Layak ialah 48579, Penganjur akan memilih Finalis berdasarkan mekanik berikut: 1 (Satu) Finalis Hadiah Utama: 485793 akan dibahagikan kepada 2 yang bersamaan dengan 24289.50 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 24289. Penyertaan Layak diberikan dengan nombor bersiri 24289 akan dipilih. 12 (Dua Belas) Finalis Hadiah Pertama: 485793 akan dibahagikan dengan 12 yang bersamaan dengan 4048.25 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 4048. Nombor bersiri kemengangan pengganda dalam kes ini ialah 4048. 12 (Dua Belas) Penyertaan Layak diberikan dengan nombor bersiri dengan gandaan 4048 iaitu: 4048, 8096, 12144, 16192, 20240 dan seterusnya akan dipilih. 40 (Empat Puluh) Finalis Hadiah Kedua: 485793 akan dibahagikan dengan 40 yang bersamaan dengan 1214.47 yang akan dibundarkan ke bawah kepada 1214. Nombor bersiri kemenangan pengganda dalam kes ini ialah 2500. 40 (Empat Puluh) Penyertaan Layak diberikan dengan nombor bersiri dengan gandaan 1314 iaitu: 1214, 2428, 3642, 4856, 6070, 7284 dan seterusnya akan dipilih.
12.	Soalan Wajib & Jawapan:	Penganjur akan menghubungi semua Finalis terpilih melalui WhatsApp daripada Nombor WhatsApp Rasmi Peraduan 6018 311 9980 ke nombor telefon mudah alih yang diterima Penganjur dalam Penyertaan Layak. Setiap Finalis yang terpilih akan diberikan 1 (Satu) soalan untuk dijawab melalui WhatsApp. Finalis yang dipilih mesti menjawab soalan yang diberikan oleh Penganjur dengan betul untuk memenangi Hadiah. Sekiranya Finalis terpilih gagal menjawab soalan dengan betul dan/atau gagal menjawab dalam masa yang dinyatakan dalam mesej WhatsApp, Finalis yang dipilih akan dibatalkan kelayakannya dan digantikan dengan nombor bersiri Finalis selepas nombor bersiri Finalis terpilih yang telah dibatalkan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranyan Finalis yang dipilih tidak dapat dihubungi atas apa jua sebab.
13.	Pemenuhan Hadiah:	Setiap Peserta sepanjang Tempoh Peraduan hanya boleh memenangi: 1 (Satu) Hadiah Mingguan setiap minggu dan 1 (Satu) Hadiah Utama dengan nilai yang lebih tinggi. Atas permintaan, semua Pemenang mesti memberikan butiran peribadi mereka kepada Penganjur untuk pemenuhan hadiah. Penganjur berhak untuk meminta bukti dokumen pengenalan bagi tujuan pengesahan, jika perlu. Kegagalan untuk memberikan sebarang bukti pengenalan memberi hak kepada Penganjur untuk membatalkan kelayakan Pemenang dan pelucutan Hadiah. Semua Hadiah Mingguan Kod Tambah Nilai e-Wallet pilihan yang telah dipilih akan dihantar oleh pembekal perkhidmatan Penganjur melalui WhatsApp daripada Nombor WhatsApp Rasmi Peraduan 6018 311 9980 ke nombor telefon mudah alih yang diterima Penganjur dalam Penyertaan Layak, dalam tempoh 8 (lapan) hingga 12 (dua belas) minggu dari tarikh tutup Peraduan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab jika mana-mana Hadiah Mingguan Kod Tambah Nilai e-Wallet pilihan yang telah dipilih tidak dapat dihantar atau disampaikan kepada Pemenang disebabkan sebarang perubahan atau perbezaan dalam nombor hubungan mudah alih yang diserahkan oleh pemenang kepada Penganjur semasa penyerahan penyertaan Peraduan. Semua Pemenang Hadiah Mingguan Kod PIN Tambah Nilai e-Wallet pilihan yang telah dipilih mesti mematuhi terma dan syarat vendor dan pihak yang mengatur dan menyediakan Kod PIN Tambah Nilai e-Wallet. Pemenang hendaklah bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk sebarang yuran pentadbiran tambahan atau kos yang berkaitan dengan menebus Kod PIN Tambah Nilai e-Wallet melalui saluran selain daripada aplikasi dan penggunaan masing-masing. Pemenang Hadiah Utama akan menerima surat perakuan dalam tempoh 8 (lapan) hingga 12 (dua belas) minggu dari tarikh tutup Peraduan ke alamat yang diberikan oleh Pemenang. Pemenang dikehendaki mengambil Hadiah Utama di cawangan pengedar PROTON terpilih seperti yang dinyatakan dalam surat perakuan penerimaan Pemenang. Penganjur akan memilih cawangan pengedar PROTON yang terdekat daripada alamat yang diberikan oleh Pemenang. Pemenang Hadiah Utama mesti bersetuju ke temuduga untuk tujuan promosi, publisiti dan pengiklanan yang akan diaturkan oleh Penganjur dan mesti menghadiri Majlis Penyampaian Hadiah, jika ada. Pengajur akan mengemas kini Pemenang Hadiah Utama mengenai butiran temuduga dan Majlis Penyampaian Hadiah. Sebarang yuran tambahan dan/atau yuran rampaian lain, kos dan/atau perbelanjaan yang akan ditanggung berkaitan dengan menebus, menggunakan dan/atau mengekalkan Hadiah hendakla ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh dan adalah tanggungjawab sepenuhnya Pemenang Hadiah Utama. Penganjur berhak untuk melanjutkan tempoh masa yang dinyatakan di bawah klausa ini atas sebab di luar kawalan Penganjur. Penganjur berhak untuk menukar kaedah pemenuhan yang dinyatakan di bawah klausa ini mengikut budi bicara Penganjur. Semua Hadiah yang tidak dituntut selepas tarikh akhir yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur akan dibatalkan. Semua Pemenang akan dimaklumkan melalui WhatsApp. Semua Hadiah mesti dituntu dalam tempoh 3 (tiga) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan. Semua Hadiah yang tidak dituntut akan dibatalkan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya pemberitahuan tidak diterima atau terdapat kelewatan penghantaran pemberitahuan kepada peserta. Peserta mesti mematuhi terma dan syarat pihak yang mengatur dan/atau menyediakan semua hadiah dan terma dan syarat yang disertakan pada hadiah, jika ada. Penganjur berhak untuk melanjutkan tempoh masa yang dinyatakan di bawah klausa ini atas sebab-sebab di luar kawalan Penganjur. Semua Peserta mesti mematuhi Mekanik Pemilihan Pemenang yang ditetapkan oleh Penganjur. Penganjur berhak mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menggantikan mana-mana hadiah dengan hadiah yang sama nilainya, pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Semua hadiah diberikan atas dasar "Sedia Ada" dan tidak boleh dipindah milik, dikembalikan atau ditukar dalam sebarang bentuk lain atas apa jua sebab. Nilai hadiah adalah betul pada masa pencetakan. Para Pemenang akan diumukan di laman web rasmi Penganjur di: www.ayambrand.com.my dan di laman rasmi Facebook di https://www.facebook.com/ayambrandmalaysia.
14.	Terma Tambahan:	Penganjur dan syarikat yang terlibat dalam Peraduan tidak akan bertanggungjawab dalam apa jua perkara dalam kelewatan, ketidakserahan dan/atau gangguan WhatsApp dan mesej dalam talian yang dihantar atau diterima dan tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang penggunaan telefon mudah alih atau akaun pelanggan yang tidak dibenarkan yang berkaitan dengan Peraduan. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau dipertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kesilapan, peninggalan, gangguan, pemadaman, kecacatan, kelewatan dalam operasi atau penghantaran, kegagalan talian telekomunikasi, kecurian atau pemusnahan, akses tanpa kebenaran kepada, atau pengubahan, komunikasi pengguna atau ahli, atau sebarang masalah atau kerosakan teknikal mana-mana rangkaian telefon atau talian, sistem dalam talian komputer, pelayan atau pembekal, peralatan komputer, perisian, kegagalan e-mel disebabkan masalah teknikal atau kesesakan lalu lintas di internet dan/atau laman web. Peserta hendaklah memikul liabiliti dan tanggungjawab sepenuhnya sekiranya berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan atau tuntutan akibat daripada penyertaan dalam Peraduan. Dengan menyertai Peraduan, Peserta bersetuju untuk memberikan maklumat peribadi mereka dan Penganjur berhak untuk menerbitkan, menggunakan nama dan/atau gambar Pemenang serta Penyertaan mereka untuk tujuan publisiti, pengiklanan dan/atau perdagangan tanpa pampasan atau notis lanjut dan setiap Peserta tidak berhak membuat sebarang tuntutan untuk penggunaan Penyertaan mereka oleh Penganjur. Penganjur mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang boleh dikenal pasti untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan atau surat-menyurat dengan peserta. Maklumat ini disimpan dalam cara yang sesuai dengan sifat data oleh Penganjur dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan peserta. Dengan menyerahkan maklumat peribadi Peserta, Penganjur menganggap bahawa kebenaran telah diberikan kepada Penganjur dan/atau ejennya yang diberi kuasa untuk menggunakan maklumat ini bagi tujuan pemasaran dan Peraduan masa kini dan masa hadapan serta untuk menambah baik produk dan perkhidmatannya. Jika Peserta memaklumkan Penganjur melalui [email protected] bahawa maklumat di atas tidak boleh digunakan sebagai asas untuk menghubungi selanjutnya, Penganjur akan menghormati permintaan peserta. Maklumat Peserta tidak akan diberikan atau dikongsikan dengan syarikat lain untuk kegunaan mereka. Dengan menyertai Peraduan, Peserta bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat rasmi Peraduan serta keputusan Penganjur. Jika anda tidak bersetuju dengan Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini, sila elakkan daripada menyertai Peraduan. Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, memadam atau menambah Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini tanpa sebarang notis awal pada bila-bila masa dan Peserta akan terikat dengan perubahan tersebut. Keputusan Penganjur adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat berkaitan keputusan yang dibuat oleh Penganjur tidak akan dilayan. Sila baca Terma dan Syarat Peraduan ini dengan teliti sebelum anda menyertai Peraduan. Terma dan Syarat Peraduan disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia. Sekiranya berlaku ketidakseragaman antara kedua-dua versi, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunapakai.
15.	Notis di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010:	Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau dipertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kesilapan, peninggalan, gangguan, pemadaman, kecacatan, kelewatan dalam operasi atau penghantaran, kegagalan talian komunikasi, kecurian atau pemusnahan, akses tanpa kebenaran kepada, atau pengubahan, komunikasi pengguna atau ahli, atau sebarang masalah atau kerosakan teknikal mana-mana rangkaian telefon atau talian, sistem dalam talian komputer, pelayan atau pembekal, peralatan komputer, perisian, kegagalan e-mel disebabkan masalah teknikal atau kesesakan lalu lintas di internet dan/atau laman web. CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.	Contest:	PERADUAN AYAM BRAND REZEKI RAYA DIKONGSI BERSAMA
2.	Organiser:	A. Clouet (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd 195901000060 (0003409V)
3.	Contest Period:	The Contest will run from 00:00:00, 22/02/2025 to 23:59:59, 30/04/2025. All Contest entries received outside the Contest Period will be automatically disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion or if the Contest is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons. Such termination or suspension shall not give rise to any claim by the Participants.
4.	Eligibility:	The Contest is open to all legal residents of Malaysia above 18 years of age (as at 22/02/2025) except the employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, communications, PR, digital and Contest agencies. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents, if required.
5. 6.	Proof Of Purchase:	To participate in the Contest, purchase a minimum of RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty) (“Minimum Purchase”) of any Participating Products in a single original receipt from any instore outlets (“Receipt”) and/or invoice from participating online merchants (“Invoice”) during the Contest Period. Instore Outlets Receipt: The single original printed Receipt must consist details of the date of purchase, Products purchased, purchase amount, Receipt number and name or logo of the Instore Outlet. For online purchases with promotion codes and/or rebates and/or discount vouchers and/or shipping vouchers and/or any other discounts, the final paid amount of the Products must be the Minimum Purchase amount and above to be qualified. The Receipt and/or Invoice is the proof of purchase (“Proof of Purchase”) required to participate in the Contest. Participants may submit as many Proofs of Purchases as they wish but each Proof of Purchase is ONLY eligible for 1 (one) entry submission. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Proof of Purchase with incomplete details, reprinted, duplicated, illegible, unclear, damaged, altered, modified, forged, falsified and/or in any forms that do not meet the requirements in the Organiser’s opinion. All Proof of Purchases that do not meet the requirements stated herein shall be disqualified by the Organiser without further notification to the Participants. The Organiser will allocate serial numbers according to the purchase amount as stated in the Proof of Purchase submitted. For every RM20 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty), the Organiser will allocate 1 (one) serial number up to a maximum of 5 (five) serial numbers. Any balance amount shall be forfeited once the maximum serial number per Proof of Purchase has been allocated. For example: If you purchase RM26.50 of Products in a single Proof of Purchase during the Contest Period, the Organiser will allocate 1 (one) serial number. If you purchase RM187.50 of Products in a single Proof of Purchase during the Contest Period, the Organiser will allocate 5 (five) serial numbers.
7.	Participating Method:	The Contest submission method is via WhatsApp only. Each Proof of Purchase is ONLY eligible for 1 (one) entry submission via WhatsApp. Entries submission via WhatsApp: Snap one (1) clear and legible picture/image in jpg or jpeg or png format of the Receipt or a screenshot of the Invoice complete with the details (“Image”). One (1) Image must contain a picture of one (1) Proof of Purchase only and the Image file must be less than 5MB. Submit the Image via WhatsApp to 6018 311 9980 using a mobile number registered in Malaysia. Upon submitting your Image, you will receive an autoreply message prompting you to click on a link to provide your full name, identification number, email address and preferred e-Wallet ("Personal Details"). To complete your registration and entry submission ("Entry"), please follow the instructions in the autoreply message and submit the required Personal Details promptly. You are required to provide your Personal Details only once. You may submit as many Entries as you want, and all subsequent Entries will be linked to the initially provided Personal Details. An auto reply acknowledgement message will be sent by the Organiser for the first WhatsApp Entry received from each mobile number only. The Organiser will extract all Entries received for further processing, verification and qualifying. The Organiser shall reserve the right to disqualify any Entries with incomplete Personal Details, unclear and/or illegible Images and/or containing more than one (1) Proof of Purchase Image. All Entries that do not meet the requirements stated herein shall be disqualified by the Organiser without further notification to the Participants. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the original Proof of Purchase upon request will result in disqualification and forfeiture.
8.	Weekly Prizes & Weekly Periods:	There is a total of 25 (twenty) Weekly Prizes in the form of 1 (one) RM100 e-Wallet Credit each to be won for each week for 9 (nine) consecutive weeks. The Weekly Prizes are pre-selected preferred e-Wallet Credit Reload PIN Code(s) as per below: Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Reload PIN or, Boost Credit Redemption Code or, SPayGlobal e-Credit (Sarawak Pay). There is a total of 225 (two hundred and twenty-five) Weekly Prizes to be won at the end of the Contest Period. 9.	Weekly Prize Winners Selection Mechanics:	Each week a set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”. Serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries for each week. For example: If the total weekly Qualifed Entry serial number for Week 1 is 4005, the Organiser will select the Finalists based on the following mechanics: 25 (Twenty-five) Weekly Prize Finalists: 4005 will be divided by 25 which equal 160.2 which will be rounded down to 160. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 160. 25 (Twenty-five) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 160 i.e: 160, 320, 480, 640, 800 and so forth will be selected.
10.	Main Prizes:	There are 54 (fifty three) Main Prizes listed below to be won at the end of the Contest Period. 1 (One) Grand Prize* in the form of 1 (one) PROTON X70 1.5 TGDI 2WD worth RM113,779.89. 12 (Twelve) 1st Prize** in the form of 1 (one) HABIB 999.9 Gold Bard 10g worth approximately RM4,100.00 each. 40 (Forty) 2nd Prize in the form of 1 (one) PHILIPS Digital Air Fryer 6.2L worth RM410.00 each. The Grand Prize is “on-the-road” price inclusive of registration, road tax and insurance. Any other additional and/or miscellaneous fees, costs and/or expenses to be incurred in connection with collecting, utilising and/or maintaining the Grand Prize shall be fully borne by and the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. *The 1st Prize value is correct at the time of printing. The gold value is according to the current gold price. A HABIB JEWELS certificate of authenticity will be included on the packaging.
11.	Main Prize Winners Selection Mechanics:	At the end of the Contest Period a set of serial numbers will be allocated for the Qualified Entries starting from serial number “1”. Serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries for the Contest Period. For example: If the total Qualifed Entry serial numbers is 48579, the Organiser will select the Finalists based on the following mechanics: 1 (One) Grand Prize Finalist: 48579 will be divided by 2 which equals 24289.50 which will be rounded down to 24289. The Qualified Entry assigned with serial number 24289 will be selected. 12 (Twelve) 1st Prize Finalist: 48579 will be divided by 12 which equals 4048.25 which will be rounded down to 4048. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 4048. 12 (Twelve) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with miltiples of 4048 i.e: 4048, 8096, 12144, 16192, 20240 and so forth will be selected. 40 (Forty) 2nd Prize Finalists: 48579 will be divided by 40 which equals 1214.47 which will be rounded down to 1214. The multiplier winning serial number in this case is 1214. 40 (Forty) Qualified Entries assigned with serial numbers with multiples of 1214 i.e: 1214, 2428, 3642, 4856, 6070, 7284 and so forth will be selected.
12.	Mandatory Question & Answer:	The Organiser will contact all selected Finalists via WhatsApp from the Contest Official WhatsApp Number 6018 311 9980 to the mobile number from which the Organiser received in the Qualified Entries. Each selected Finalists will be given 1 (one) question to answer via WhatsApp. The selected Finalists must answer the question posted by the Organiser correctly to win the Prize. In the event a selected Finalist failed to answer the question correctly and/or failed to answer within the time stated in the WhatsApp message, the selected Finalist will be disqualified and replaced by the Finalist with the serial number after the serial number of the disqualified selected Finalist. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the selected Finalists cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
13.	Prizes Fulfilment:	Each Participant throughout the Contest Period may only win: 1 (One) Weekly Prize, and 1 (One) Main Prize of the higher value. Upon request, all Winners must provide their personal details to the Organiser for prizes fulfilment. The Organiser shall reserve the right to request evidence of identification documents for the purposes of verification, if required. Failure to provide any proof of identity entitles the Organiser to disqualify the Winners’ eligibility and forfeit the Prize. All Weekly Prizes pre-selected preferred e-Wallet Reload PIN codes will be sent by the Organizers’ service provider via WhatsApp from the Contest Official WhatsApp Number 6018 311 9980 to the mobile number from which the Organiser received in the Qualified Entries, within 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) weeks from the closing date of the Contest. The Organiser will not be held responsible if any of the Weekly Prizes pre-selected preferred e-Wallet Reload PIN codes cannot be delivered or deployed to the Winners due to any change or difference in the mobile contact number submitted by the winners to the Organiser during Contest entry submission. The Organiser will select the closest PROTON dealer outlet from the addresses provided by the Winner. The Grand Prize Winner must agree to an interview for the purposes of promotion, publicity and advertisement that will be arranged by the Organiser and must attend the Prize Giving Ceremony, if any. The Organiser will update the Grand Prize Winners on the details of the interview and the Prize Giving Ceremony (if any). Any other additional and/or miscellaneous fees, costs and/or expenses to be incurred in connection with redeeming, utilising and/or maintaining the Prize shall be fully borne by and the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to change the method of fulfilment stated under this clause at the discretion of the Organiser. All unclaimed Prizes after the deadline stipulated by the Organiser will be forfeited. All Winners will be notified via WhatsApp. All Prizes must be claimed within 3 (three) months from the date of notification. All unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the participants. Participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or providing for all the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. The Organiser reserves the right to extend the timelines stated under this clause owing to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser. All Participants must adhere to the Winners Selection Mechanics set by the Organiser. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. The value of the prize is correct at the time of printing. 14.	Additional Terms:	The Organiser and the companies involved in the Contest shall not be held liable in any way for delays, non-deliveries and/or interruptions of WhatsApp and online messages sent or received and shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of the mobile phone or subscriber’s account in conjunction with the Contest. The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from participation in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to give their personal information, and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the Winners’ names and/or photographs plus their Entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each Participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their Entries by the Organiser. The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By submitting the Participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and Contest purposes and to improve its products and services. If the Participant informs the Organiser via [email protected] that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect the participant’s request. The Participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use. We shall be processing the personal data that you have provided us with such as your name, national identity card number, contact number, address and any other information that we have requested from you in this Contest entries. A. Clouet will be processing your personal data, including any additional information you may subsequently provide A. Clouet, for the purposes of conducting this contest and contacting you (if necessary). The personal data that you provide us may be disclosed to our service providers only for the afore-mentioned purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date.
