Saba Burger

Saba Burger

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 can Ayam Brand Saba Chilli, drained
  • 1 egg⁣
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs⁣
  • ⅓ cup minced onion⁣
  • ¼ cup minced celery⁣
  • ¼ cup minced red bell pepper⁣
  • ¼ teaspoon salt⁣
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper⁣
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce⁣
  • 4 burger buns⁣
  • 1 tomato, sliced⁣
  • 4 large leaves of lettuce⁣

Preparation:

  1. ⁣Mix the saba, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, red bell pepper, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and shape into 3-4 patties.⁣
  2. Chill them in the fridge for about 40 minutes for easier handling.⁣
  3. Take out from the fridge, heat a skillet with a bit of cooking oil, and grill the patties for about 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.⁣
  4. Construct your burger with toasted burger buns, some tomatoes, lettuce, and your choice sauce.⁣
