Pulled Chicken Nasi Lemak
Ingredients:
- 3 cups rice
- 3 cups water
- 200ml Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 shallot
- 5 pandan leaves
- 1 lemongrass
- 180g Ayam Brand™ Pulled Chicken Hot Chilli
Preparation:
- Rinse the rice until the water is clear and drain.
- Add the rice into the rice cooker.
- Pour in water, coconut milk, and salt.
- Add the shallot, pandan leaves, and lemongrass.
- Stir lightly to mix.
- Cook using the normal rice cooker function.
- Once cooked, remove the pandan leaves, lemongrass, and shallot.
- Fluff the rice gently.
- Heat the pulled chicken separately and serve it as a side dish with cucumber, sambal and fried anchovies.
