Mackerel Petai
Ingredients:
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
- Cooking coconut oil
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 large onions, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ bowl of petai
- 1 tbsp tamarind juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- ½ cup plain water
Preparation:
- In a pan, pour the coconut oil. Add ginger, onion and garlic. Cook until slightly golden.
- Sprink the chilli powder and add in the tamarind juice.
- Pour ½ cup water in the mixture.
- Pour the entire can of Mackerel in Tomato Sauce. Mix slowly without breaking the fish.
- Add in the sliced tomato.
- Pour in ½ bowl of petai and season salt. Let it simmer.
- Show the final dish.
