Crispy Baked Sardines
Ingredients:
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna Flakes in Water
- 280g organic penne
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 80g carrots, diced
- 45g broccoli, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp skim milk
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
- Black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:
- Cook pasta according to the directions on packaging.
- Blanch the broccoli and carrots until partially soft.
- Mix honey, mustard, skim milk, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Sauté onions, then add vegetables, tuna, pasta and sauce. Mix well.
- Serve with freshly grind black pepper and grated cheese.
