What is Saba? Saba is the Japanese term forPacific mackerel that is commonly consumed throughout Japan due to its nutritional value.
Saba Mackerel fish has 50% more Omega 3 than Chili Tuna!
Saba Flakes in Chili is made using the recipe as the well-loved Chili Tuna. A special treat for fans of spicy food. Add them to your sandwich, salad, rice or noodles. Or if you can handle the heat, eat them straight from the can!
Ingredient: minced wild caught saba mackerel fish, soya bean oil, chilli, sugar, fish sauce (fish extract, salt, sugar, may contain trace of shellfish), coriander leaves, salt, permitter thickener (modified tapioca starch).
