• 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • Ayam Brand coconut cooking oil
  • 425g Ayam Brand Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can tuna flakes in water, drained


  1. In a pan, add coconut cooking oil
  2. Pour in the baked beans and mix together.
  3. Add in the tuna flakes. Stir and set aside on a plate/shallow bowl.
  4. In another small bowl, whisk the egg and milk. 
  5. Heat up the coconut cooking oil in a clean non-stick frying pan. Add the egg mixture and stir constantly at medium heat until the eggs set.
  6. Add the scrambled egg on top of the baked beans mixture and serve.
