sardines almond baked

Serves 2

Prep Time: 5 mins    Cook Time 10 mins



  • 1 can Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (with oil)
  • 1 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced thinly
  • Lemon juice



  1. Put sardines in a small cooking dish, add in almond flakes and garlic to sardines and bake in oven for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
  2. Carefully remove from oven and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
