• The original program, known as Assunta Foster Care, was initiated in 1966 by Sr. Theresa Gier, FMM who had since passed away.
• Is a charitable organization managed by the Sisters of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary (FMM) wit.h the help of volunteers.
