tuna cream cheese spread

Serves 4-6

Prep Time: 15mins    No Cooking



  • 1 can Saba in Olive Oil 
  • 250g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 50g shallots, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. In a food processor, blend cheese and saba
  2. Remove the mixture into a mixing bowl and fold the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Season to taste and serve as a spread on toast or biscuits.
