- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- Ayam Brand coconut cooking oil
- 425g Ayam Brand Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce
- 1 can tuna flakes in water, drained
- In a pan, add coconut cooking oil
- Pour in the baked beans and mix together.
- Add in the tuna flakes. Stir and set aside on a plate/shallow bowl.
- In another small bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
- Heat up the coconut cooking oil in a clean non-stick frying pan. Add the egg mixture and stir constantly at medium heat until the eggs set.
- Add the scrambled egg on top of the baked beans mixture and serve.
