1 can Ayam Brand Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
Cooking Coconut Oil
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 large onione, chopped
1 Tomato, sliced
1/2 bowl of petai
1 tbsp tamarind juice
1 tsp salt
2 tsp chilli powder
½ cup plain water
In a pan, pour the coconut oil. Add ginger, onion and garlic. Cook until slightly golden.
Sprink the chilli powder and add in the tamarind juice
Pour ½ cup water in the mixture
Pour the entire can of Mackerel in Tomato Sauce. Mix slowly without breaking the fish.
Add in the sliced tomato.
Pour in ½ bowl of petai and season salt. Let it simmer.
Show the final dish.
