HOW TO EAT SPICY FOOD!

chilli250

You can't avoid delicious spicy food when you live in Malaysia. If you have low spicy food tolerance, here are some methods to improve your tolerance:

1. Start small

You can start with the lowest level of spiciness. Sprinkle your food with some extra black pepper or chilli flakes.

2. Increase the spice level slowly

As you get more accustomed to the spice, gradually increase the amount and level of heat.

3. Keep it on the side

You do not need to douse your main dish with spicy gravy or sambal. Keep it on the side and add some to your main dish(rice/noodle etc) to help increase your tolerance.

 4. Don't force yourself

Know your limit and just enjoy the flavours. Not everyone are made to handle spicy food and that’s okay!
