One Pan Baked Beans with Eggs
1 400g Ayam Brand baked beans in Tomato Sauce
In a small skillet, add a little Ayam Brand Coconut Cooking Oil. Cook the onion and bell pepper. At medium heat, pour in the baked beans and let it simmer until slightly warmed.
Add the spinach and cook till wilted.
Crack the eggs on top and cover with lid. Cook at low heat for 6-8 minutes until the egg whites are cooked but yolks slightly runny. You may season with chilli flakes, salt or pepper if desired.
