- 1 can Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Chilli (with oil)
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 2 chilli padi, finely sliced
- kecap manis
- Salt to taste
- Mash eggs with all the sardines and olive oil, fold in rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
- Serve on toast with a drizzle of kecap manis and some fried shallots.
