tuna tomato bruschetta

Serves 4

Prep Time: 15mins    No Cooking

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Chunks Tuna in Olive Oil (with oil)
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 stalks fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 50g shallots, chopped
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. baguette, sliced into ½ inch rounds
  2. Mix all ingredients except the baguette.
  3. Season to taste and serve on sliced baguette.
