- 1 can Tuna Omega 3
- 250g cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 50g shallots, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a food processor, blend cheese and tuna.
- Remove the mixture into a mixing bowl and fold the rest of the ingredients.
- Season to taste and serve as a spread on toast or biscuits.
